Annual Memberships

An annual membership renews automatically at the end of its term unless cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase or a renewal charge, provided you have not completed more than one course. After that window, membership fees are non-refundable, though you retain access to every course included in your membership for the remainder of the paid term.
