Cancellation & Access

Cancelling an annual membership stops future billing but does not remove access you have already paid for — you keep every course in your membership until the current term ends.

Cancelling or letting an individual course purchase lapse has no effect on other courses you own; each course purchase is independent. If your access to a course is interrupted for any reason other than a cancellation you requested, contact support so we can restore it.
