Individual Courses

Individual courses are billed once, with no recurring charge. You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase as long as you have not opened the course materials or started any lesson.

Once a course has been accessed, it is no longer eligible for a refund, since course completion and any associated CE credit reporting begin at that point. If you believe a course was purchased in error before it was opened, contact support and we will review the request.
